4 - Availability to meet with insurance adjusters in the event of a covered loss. Preparation of repair estimates, according to insurance company requirements.

5 - Availability to meet and provide access to delivery, repair, service or any other persons directed by owner(s).
6 - Preparation of property if severe weather is forecasted by request.
7 - Performance of all scheduled maintenance, as stated in our inspection report, or any other agreed repairs or services you deem necessary.

8 - Reporting to you any security, safety, or maintenance issues as soon as they are detected when House Checking your property.
