Preliminary Inspection

Your premises are thoroughly inspected seasonally in order to determine their condition. A written report will be submitted with the findings and recommendations.

Weekly Inspection

Heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical systems, water damage, forced entry, vandalism and any other abnormalities we find while house checking

Daily Inspection/Below 25 Degree Temperatures

Your premises are visited daily when temperatures don't rise above 25 degrees for a prolonged period during the house checking contract.

Storm Management Administration

A storm administration plan will be in effect annually. 

​

​

Sever Weather Inspection

In the event of any severe weather your property will be immediately inspected.

​

Trash Removal

On request we will put all trash and recyclables out to the curb on scheduled dates.

House Checking and Handyman
